They will charge $20 for a comforter one day, then 2 weeks later charge $30. They pretty much will adjust the prices at their will and hold your laundry hostage until you pay up. I called them and there was no reconciliation – just a double down on their new price. The only reason why I’m not giving them one star is because they were pretty consistent for a while before these past couple experiences. This is the last time I’ll be using them.
