My experience was positive when it came to designing and purchasing my dress, but unfortunately the alterations process left me disappointed. The staff were helpful and efficient during the design phase, and the custom dress itself turned out beautiful. However, the experience changed once it came time for alterations. I paid $200 for hemming. When I tried the dress on after the alteration, the hem was uneven and had to be cut again while I was there. Even after this, the hem was still not even.
