I bought a bunch of facial packages with miss beauty, apparently they switched owners back in January 25 or December 24. Current owner does not honor the packages, which is fine but at least be responsive and own up the responsibility to answer questions and provide details. All they said was contact the lawyer we are not responsible. They never pick up phone calls and leave my messages on read on WeChat, but has the audacity to post in the community chat to tell people to go in for facials. My lash lift and tint came out great and lasted as what was listed. It was my first time at this place and this service. The technician who did the lash lift was great. The place was comfortable and well kept. Thanks. Would recommend and go again.

I had a wonderful experience at Miss Beauty recently. My husband had bought me the Mother’s Day package, which included a facial and scalp treatment. It was my first time there and I was very impressed. The front receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The inside was calming, clean, and cutely decorated. I have been a customer for about 3 years, it used to be enjoyable to have a facial treatment here, but it has been a chaos since the new ownership. I wish I can give a zero star 1. I made my February appointment with my regular aesthetician a month ahead. The day before my appointment, I was told my aesthetician would help another customer, so I had to switch. This place is quiet, relaxing, clean and just cute! Truthfully, I think i found a scary new addiction 😬 I booked my services with Hannah who also happened to be my esthetician. Hannah was sweet and very informative from the moment I met her. Her hands felt experienced, but gentle to the touch.
