Great location and room was clean but I found a cockroach 🪳 room cleaning is $100 which is completely outrageous,every extra little service requires extra cost,digital key is only available for one person,AC turns off by itself probably to save electricity bill? How much they wanna rip customers off as well as save money is literally mind boggling
I recently called the hotel to provide feedback about the reservation system, specifically my concerns about being required to upload passport IDs for all guests as well as a photo of my credit card to a website, rather than having the option to provide these at the reservation desk upon check in like every other hotel I have been to. small but very nice room, bathroom fan not working, wierd setup with multiple operators within the same building, Miss Bakers didn't seem to have a reception and the other reception were pretty rude to Miss Baker customers as a result. the key pass access system is challenging, we were only given one pass and had to request another

My wife and daughter stayed here a few months back and now we have both been here for a few days. It is a great location, very good sized room, very clean and the access to services ( Woolworths, grog shop, food etc. ) is right at the bottom of the lift. We were a bit high mtce booking an extra room then shortening the stay, adding some car parking , and they could not have been more responsive or helpful. Fabulous accomodation right in the heart of Bondi
