I came in Black Friday and what I was looking for was nowhere to be found. Alexandria was kind enough to go above and beyond to look for it and she did! I think she had to go to the back, but I’m happy she found it! I was very pleased. Thank you!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I’ll be contacting their cooperate office with my experience yesterday 08/26/2024 at their SugarLand Texas store at First Colony mall. My mom and I felt very uncomfortable at your store. The employee was rude. I was wearing a hair band I bought over a month ago and when they were checking out our stuff it’s like they were accusing me of stealing said hair band. I’m very appalled and this is unacceptable. I’m not done here since I’ll be getting some legal advice!!!
