We bought two scooters from him and we are not very happy with their service nor the scooters. They don't know how to repair our scooters and we have to come back all the time for the same problem. I would say STAY AWAY!
I am in Houston and was not told that the warranty is only available in Dallas. The scooter has given me a lot of problems and Mr. Kumar inroduced a Houston dealer who fixed the problem but he did not pay for it. Please do not buy from him if you cannot take it back to him for warranty service. I regret buying from him. He very deceptively did not tell me this when taking my money.
