I have always been treated well by customer service and I have 25 years with their services. I am on a fixed income. These people have listened to me with compassion. I am so greatful for all of their help. God bless them.
Mixed because I have received some rude responses to inquiries, a lot of short temperance from their employees, but them on the other hand. A couple of them have been fantastic and really want the extra mile to help me. So I would comment that it is a mixed bag.
When I moved here from out state about 2 years later I lost my mom had to go back to my home town my bill was for $55.00 it was 10 days late and they turned my lights off had to pay $120.00 for reconnect fee and the bill and late fee
overpriced scam like fees. shut off with no notice over 100 bucks. $250 reconnection fee another $70 fee to turn it on and the $100 i was short from last bill. would rate 0 stars if i could.
I cannot stand how hard it is to just stop service in my name. It was even harder than everything they made me do just to have the account in my name. THEY ARE COMPLETELY AUTOMATED. if you call you get automated and the only way to break through that is to get redirected to the trash company and look stupid as they tell you that the trash company can't cancel your name with the electric company what can we do tho?
