The website isn’t user friendly and the people working the desks are rude and un helpful
Be really cool if the representatives answering the calls weren't such jerks and just genuinely had a better demeanor.
This company is the worse they should be put out of business but Indiana refuses to do anything that’s actually helpful to their community
I called them to find out if I needed to switch to our old trash service through them or if I need to contact the individual companies directly to cancel and restart service. The new trash company that they're using is awful. Lady informs me that I could set up trash service with someone else but that I would still be forced to pay trash service through the terrible company because THEY have a contract with this company. You pay your bill on line. It does not draw right away. Potentially 3 days. You have an enail confirmation showing you paid the bill and they disconnect on the coldest days of the year! Awful service
