DOES ANYONE WORK HERE????? I have called 10 times, by YOUR direction, and NO ONE ANSWERS! Does anyone even work here anymore? So, now, you just answer and let people set in silence while no one speaks??? 🤔 Then a bot tells you the cellular customer isnt available. Thats some shady customer service. You tell people to call, then dont answer. Just leave people hanging?
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Mishawaka Utilities. I paid my entire past due balance of $470 TWO HOURS before shut-off, bringing my account to $0 past due. This payment was acknowledged. They also admitted I was never properly informed that payment had to be made in person rather than online. Despite that, Virginia Fras (Office Manager) is insisting I pay an additional $400 deposit simply because my balance previously reached $800.
