No compassion for loyal customers, need to update policies to get with the times of hardships that are all too real right now. Extremely rude and not willing to work with customers. Something has to change with this company.
I want to thank you folks for the hard work you do. I have lived in Mishawaka for years now. You folks are fast. You beat the national average for non disaster restoration by two times. Taking less than an hour to restore power. Where average is over two hours. Disasters take you folks a day to recover from if not sooner. Where the average nationally can take DAYS! If I could give the a 0 I would they are very rude and disrespectful and get mad when they have to explain something to a customer. I was in there paying my bill same day it was due and as iam paying it the cut my services off. After I asked the lady was they going to cut me off she said no and they still did. Some of them that work here couldn't be able to work here they are so rude
