This place is a total abusive disaster from the beginning. To transfer the account to my name, I had to provide more paperwork to them than the real estate transaction for my house itself! They later called me accusing me of tampering with my water meter since usage dropped. I told them is October and I’m no longer watering my grass because it’s the end of the summer? Absolute worst. Moved out of apartment the electrician was shut off while I was there turning in keys. The apartment told them to turn electric back on and then off again. Then they determined I was responsible for tampering with meter fees when I was already living elsewhere. Refused to give back my two $75 tampering charges unless I could provide who tampered with meter. I don’t live there. Disrespected me and stole money from me. The ladies hang up on you , tell you owe money but you have to write your own invoice seems silly to me . Tell you you’re in the wrong and when you ask for names say they can not give them out. To bad voices have names and the calls are recorded .
Normally I do not have a problem with this place but after this week I completely retract my previous review. Here's what happened. I was told that since my bill was at a pretty steep price I had to repay my deposit which I still don't understand why. Whatever, I paid $75 for my deposit and I went in later on to get an extension. They said I couldn't get an extension because I was due for a shut off. I was like okay that's from the deposit and I paid that. They're like the deposit and your bill contribute. Okay whatever.
