They have been pretty good so far. I've got seven years in.
The fact that I have been on this list over a year and would have not been updated unless I called last year…..the woman on the phone said they have “a lot a lot” of people on the list. That was literally the same thing they said a year ago🙄 then they are not “allowed” to inform you on where you’re at on the list….then contradicted herself by saying when people do move up on the list they will be emailed…. I have never been emailed so I’m guessing I’m in the same spot…the middle🙄
I have been at Riverview 500 for almost 2 years.the maintenance men always come within a timely manner.the management always responds to my email. we all like more a big family.we look out and help each other.you know you have a few bad apples everywhere you go.that is here too.those people don't live here very long.
