All I'm going to say is I regret ever coming here. I don't want to hear from them again. The tech was great I'll leave it at that. Going back to my old ENT.
Dr. Shapiro gave us good advice. But unfortunately, he spoke to us rather arrogantly. If a person works in the medical field, he should never get irritated about people. I would not recommend this specialist to anybody.
