Best CrossFit gym I’ve experienced. The coaching will meet you where you’re at, while also pushing you to grow as an athlete. The community is equally inviting, appropriately competitive, and hilarious. Every time I leave a class, I’m so happy I get the opportunity to workout here.
Dropped in while on vacation and loved this gym! Staff was very friendly and welcoming! Definitely will visit again when back in the area!
I dropped in for a workout on my way through Maine. Hunter led a great class and both he and Kyle were super welcoming. I’ll 100% drop in next time I’m in the area.
Been going for two years to this gym and the quality of the gym, the caliber of the coaches, and thoughtfulness of the programming is unmatched. The coaches are very good at understanding where you are and when and how to push you and scale your workouts safely and with intention so you're always getting the max out of every workout. Best shape and stronger than I've ever been
I haven't died yet during a workout & I even showed up on my birthday for arguably the most intense workout of the year. Despite this gym being in a different time zone from where I live, I have rearranged my life to show up as frequently as humanly possible, because the coaches & community are worth it.
