Everyone was nice & knew what they were doing. Wait is a bit long but it's to be expected of any hospitals in Canada!
Staff are so calm considerate and caring. Even when you have just a minor injury you can get very disoriented. Everyone - even starting with the Security staff- worked so hard to relax us and we were taken care of very quickly. Hard to find adequate words of thanks. Just the best.
