When I first established as a patient with Dr. Culver, the receptionist aggressively declared that "they" (the insurance company's) were not supposed to refer any new patients to that office, and abruptly put me on hold; she came back to the phone disgruntled and made an app't. In the months to follow, the staff obtained my medical record release, but never received the records; have lost or forgotten about the Orthopedic referral I need for my very painful hand problem ; and don't return calls.
