Bill and Lucy are a class act! From beginning to end, they’ve made the process of arranging plans to lay our loved one to rest with compassion, grace, professionalism, and expert level of care. I really appreciate their lighthearted approach that made my mom and I feel so at ease during this difficult time. We are from out if state and needed to arrange funeral services for family that had lived in avon lake. Could not have had any better services and the friendliness. Highly recommend them.
Everyone there did a great job. The staff was amazing and very professional. They made my mother in law look exactly like the picture we gave them. We will highly recommend Misenciks to everyone.
