We recently had a repair done by MiselBerger, Inc and the service was outstanding. We were in a bind with water in the kitchen and needed a plumber on short notice, and they went out of their way to get us on their schedule quickly. The technician (Chris) who came to our house was both knowledgeable and courteous. He diagnosed the issue efficiently, explained the repair process clearly, and completed the work with great professionalism. We're thankful for their help and highly recommend them.
Chris was very knowledgeable and courteous. My issue was not resolved due to the manufacturer part. However, Chris will be back when we get the correct parts. I will definitely be using MiselBerger in the future.
