The most horrific customer service ever. The owner was extremely condescending, rude, and unprofessional. Find yourself a different Kubota dealer if you need service done to your equipment.
TERRIBlE customer service. I went in to buy filters for the cub cadet I bought from them. Even though I had the engine model number they insisted I needed the engine serial number. With only the numbers I had. I was able to buy the correct filers from AMAXON. I won’t be going back to that dealer!
