Dr. Surabhi Ranjan is my Neurologist. I’ve never encountered any issues with her at the Cleveland Clinic in Weston. She’s always been competent, warm, and professional. I had a brain tumor that was removed by a Neurosurgeon (Dr. Adada) at the Cleveland Clinic and the two of them are excellent. In fact, I’ve been impressed with all of the care I have received at the Cleveland Clinic from the physicians to the nursing staff to the draw lab to the MRI technicians.
The whole team was amazing. Will defiantly be making it solid clinic. Pamela was so amazing, she listened to ever complaint I had, she explained every through clearly and easy for me to understand.
I am deeply grateful to Dr. Hamadi A. Murphy for his extraordinary expertise in performing surgery on my mother after she suffered a major femur fracture. Dr. Murphy’s work is a masterpiece! I would search for a Doctor instead of a Nurse Practitioner.
She is amazing. Her whole staff is amazing. She takes her time with you and makes you feel like she really cares. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.
To say my interaction with the staff at this location is disappointing is to say the least. They do not show any compassion or caring for their patients. After testing positive for covid for the very first time I contacted my PCP, Dr. James Voirin knowing there are FDA approved treatments for high risk patients such as myself. Only to be told they are not treating covid patients and if I became short of breath to go to the emergency room. Months in pain still unable to actually see a doctor MRI X-rays and physical therapy no relief getting through is a total nightmare that will send you into therapy. getting your records from them to go to somebody who can actually get you into see a doctor is just as bad .this is a business not a doctor's office more worried about the money then the patient still waiting for someone to return a call so I can get my records and go somewhere else. I’ve had a terrible experience with this doctor and this office. I took the day off from work and planned a procedure (3 weeks in advance, with a consultation) and when I went in for the procedure, he told me he couldn’t do it. Not once during the consultation did he ever mention the possibility of it being unsuccessful.
