Absolutely terrible experience at Misano Salon. I booked a full highlight online with Kim, where the listed price was $112, but I was shocked when I was charged $250, more than double what was advertised. Even worse, the results were incredibly disappointing. I specifically asked for bright, noticeable highlights, but my hair looks almost exactly the same, aside from some slightly lighter ends that were already there. I can’t say enough good things about Misano Salon, especially my go-to stylist, Roxy. This was my third time getting my hair done with her, and just like always, she absolutely nailed it. Roxy has a real gift for understanding exactly what I want—she listens carefully, checks in with me about the length before making any major cuts, and makes sure everything is perfect before wrapping up.
