I was impressed by the front desk and ultrasound technician as well as the nurse and Dr. Misaki Kiguchi. Scheduling department called me to schedule a follow up appointment in a timely manner. Dr. Kiguchi was attentive and explained the options, working together with me on a potential plan for treatment.
Dr Kiguchi is kind, professional and informative. I was late for my sppt and she was willing to help me out and see me anyway. It was an act of generosity by her and her staff. I would never waste anyone’s time on purpose, so I am so grateful for her grace.
