misa is the sweetest and talked to me throughout the entire wax. she did very good on my wax as well. i will definitely be returning to her!! and recommending everyone
Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had. I hardly ever do reviews but I was completely unhappy with the service at this place. Misa is not professional. And I honestly don’t think lash lifting is her expertise. She lashed out on me because I voiced my dissatisfaction about my final result. My lashes were not lifted at all. And in fact, her supplies she used on my skin and lashes gave me an allergic reaction. My skin would burn and she complained about me voicing that. Not to mention that she spent almost two hours. I had a great experience at this salon! Misa was kind, fast, and efficient, and she knew exactly which wax was best suited for my skin. The prices are reasonable, and the studio is clean and well maintained. I’d definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for quality waxing services.
