Their website is constantly down. I ordered from them online and never received an email confirmation, two weeks late I emailed - no one responded. One week later, I called and got someone with an attitude who told me their website is down and I need to dispute the charge with my credit card company. She had all of the information, and knew I wouldn’t get my order, but I had to call and track her down to get her to do her job?... Online ordered, after repeated requests, goods not available. After three months no goods and no money back. Mails are not answered. Can only advise caution. Ohne Star is 100% to much!
