I bought 6 big mirrors from them for my new house. And when they arrived, I ordered 5 more of the model I liked most. Affordable luxury I call it.
Ordered two different mirrors, both arrived in less than a week, and in good condition. Pricing is also very good. Would highly recommend.
Ordered a mirror, first they requested more money for shipping. Mirror arrived broken with cracks in the corners. They sent another mirror which arrived even more broken. Took 4 weeks to get a refund and they wouldn’t give me a refund on the shipping. Now out of pocket with 2 broken mirrors. Stay clear these are cheap Chinese mirrors and you won’t get a full refund if they arrive damaged.
I had a moment of fear after ordering, because the location was a shelving store and the email address didn't sound professional, BUT our mirror arrived quite promptly and it's perfect! We also didn't receive any kind of confirmation email on our order, though were able to view our order details on the website and pay via PayPal which was reassuring. It wasn't until we had the email for delivery that we took a sigh of relief. I'd shop here again, more confidently!
