Not What You Order Is Not What You Get Here’s what you can expect: • They may change the frame dimensions you ordered—without explanation or notification. • Poor customer service when something goes wrong. • Frames made of MDF material, which does not tolerate moisture (even light dampness can cause swelling). Not going to lie, when I purchased an oversized mirror frame from mirrormate, kinda figured it was going to be to good to be true. I have never been so happy to be wrong. The assembly was simple. I skipped their written instructions and went straight to the video version they offer. From opening the box to putting it on the wall approximately 20 minutes. The product is exactly as sold to you on the website. Took my bathroom up a notch. Could not be happier with the result.
