Mirrorize impressed us from start to finish. We reside in Victoria, BC and the thought of shipping two tall, somewhat skinny mirrors from Eastern Canada scared us a little. However they were very well packaged and protected and arrived in perfect condition. The quality of workmanship is high with perfect mitering, hooks at the back that were at exactly the same height (makes installing the mirror easier) and exactly the measurements requested. I purchased two 28x40 wood-framed mirrors from this company. The mirrors arrived after a lengthy production time but look very nice. Unfortunately, the hanging hardware affixed to the back of both mirrors was unable to support the weight of the mirror. In both cases it simply bent out of shape to the point that I did not consider it safe to hang the mirrors. I have purchased some french cleats at my cost to remedy the problem. Needed a custom size (37.5" x 59.5") that was not available online. Dropped into their facility in Toronto, ON to see if they were interested in manufacturing it. No problem, done to the exact specifications within a week. Keshav and the Mirrorize Team did a fantastic job. Mirror was fully reinforced and provided with attaching hardware to mount the mirror in either direction. Our installation did not require the hardware as the mirror is supported by the back-splash. Would definitely go there again.
