Had my 1st appointment at this beautiful & luxurious establishment last week for a loc wash, retwist & style. As soon as I walked in the staff was so polite & welcoming! You could literally feel the good vibes from the staff & patrons alike!! Lotus was my stylist & she did an amazing job on my hair!! I’ve been going to Pink for quite some time now, and there is truly nobody else I’d rather go to! She is personable, passionate, and she makes each visit an experience to remember. She not only offers skilled technique in all of her services, but full transparency as well. When you’re with Pink, you’re with a sister/mom/best friend/etc. 🩷

First time visiting — definitely not the last! I took my 7-year-old to get her hair braided, and we were beyond impressed. The salon is run by a lovely mother-daughter duo, and the daughter did my little one’s braids. She was kind, gentle, and made my daughter feel completely at ease. The end result exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend

Love the welcoming atmosphere she has created! I always feel like I'm hanging out with a friend versus someone who is just doing my hair. I ways look forward to my appointments. She is very knowledgeable and accomodating. Whenever I come in with a last minute change up she is always happy to try and make it happen.

I have been going to Pink off and on for almost 2 years. I drive 90minutes from the Richmond area to go to Pink and she is more then worth the drive. Back in 2021 I found her and had her install my first set of sew ins. The process is always easy and Pink is so easy to talk to and feel comfortable with. After a year of those extensions I had to take a break for financial reasons. Finally in February of this year and was able to get my extensions back and immediately called up Pink.
