We recently were looking to have a custom shower door installed. All other companies we had in said they were so called custom installers, however they all wanted us to change our shower at a cost of more than $6K. We called in Mirror Works and not only did they do a custom glass door for us but it came in under budget. They were very professional, courteous, friendly and their work was top notch. We would highly recommend them for any small or large project you may have.
I'm finally getting to write my review after several weeks, ensuring I was able to find other providers such as Centennial Glass and MT Glass who provided better services. My entire problem was resolved for about 70$ whereas Mirror Works wanted about 256$ for everything in their quote. I required 1 long small beveled mirror for 65$ with Centennial instead of 115$ with Mirror Works. We had a tight timeline to replace four mirror sections of an old custom-designed wall mirror/medicine cabinet before putting our house up for sale. A custom made tempered glass door from this company shattered in front and on me while attempting to slide the door open and getting out sending me to the ER needing stitches and the company is denying responsibility to the victim that was injured. Yeah their customer got a clean up and replaced shower door BUT I received an email with "their sympathy but not accountability. I've been left unable to work for a week because I'm almost positive the shower WAS NOT installed properly. What if it had of been a 3 ft child instead ... read more
Had a fantastic experience with Mirror Works Inc. recently. Based on a recommendation from a friend's daughter who works in residential design, we hired Mirror Works to replace the old, dated shower enclosures in two of our bathrooms. We are thrilled with the finished product! Emma was prompt with emails, answered all of our questions, and was great at coordinating visits to our house.
