Very friendly (salesman friendly), but way more expensive than I would have expected or thought was fair for labor and material. I had a vinyl window sash that warped at the bottom. Mirror Visions came out as scheduled, and proceeded to spend about 20 minutes disassembling the bottom of the sash, reassembling, and adding a little silicon. 20 minutes of total labor, and about three tablespoons of silicon cost me $136. It’s on me for not asking for a quote or YouTubing how to fix it prior to the work being done. Just be warned... read more
