Got a quick cut and was very happy with it, kind and friendly staff.
Alejandra did a partial highlight on my chin length hair .. didn't dry it or style it, I walked out with wet hair . At the end she tried to charge me $320 when I asked why she showed me the clock and said "you've been here for 2 hours and I did a balayage" , but her Squaresite price list says balayage $125 for 3 hours ?? She made it very uncomfortable to say the least !
She cut my hair in 5 minutes made everything Un proportional and didn’t even line my ears correctly and I was rushed
