Very underwhelming experience as a home purchaser. Subcontractor show up whenever they want, no call no show. Companies that supposedly partner with them on their new Homes Do Not Answer answer my phone calls. unfortunately, we were misled about a couple of things whenever we closed on the home and did not get one big ticket item They said they would replace in writing.
