Came here for a conference in Lake Placid. Very nice rooms. Beautiful views. Helpful staff.
We just spent our honeymoon and it was truly incredible. The staff is the best customer oriented I’ve ever seen and the rooms are spotless and gorgeous. Also the only good food is at this hotel, seriously! The spa was worth every penny and The View breakfast granola was our favorite. Can’t wait to spend some anniversaries and make more memories here!
I had anticipated that the room would include a tea or coffee maker, as well as complimentary drinking water. Furthermore, the minibar was empty, lacking any refreshments, which was unexpected given the nightly rate of $400. Overall, my experience was unsatisfactory.
