This place is absolutely almost the worst been under construction for a few years. Hoa is a joke can't keep a management company. Have a dumpster yet hoa fees used to include a compactor was supposed to be temporary but it's not been this way for years. No pest control the rat boxes have been stacked by shed for a year , yet that's included in our hoa fees The board is a joke can not ever get a hold of the president he doesn't show up to meetings don't answer questions .
