This place is a huge scam!!!! They never answer the phone. Don’t buy the Groupon!!!!
Do not buy deal with Group. You get what you pay for it. No flexibility at all about scheduling appointment. I have been waiting 2 months for my 5th session and it is been stressful to me. Now I have to be flexible to accommodate the Tech person. No thanks!
I bought a Groupon and was told I'd have to pay more at each visit to get what I'd already purchased (medium area for bikini laser). First red flag, and still not corrected on Groupon months later. They canceled my first appointment so I had to reschedule. They never greeted me, said only "we're out of new patient paperwork" when I walked in and said it was my first visit. After waiting a half hour past my appointment time (the front office said there'd been "an incident"), the tech insisted I fill out paperwork incorrectly.... read more
I was very happy with the service and how amazing clean the place was. I would appreciate Mirror Image Spa to anyone who is looking for a great price and the service was fast and affordable. The place was very clean snd professional as well.
