I bought a Groupon to get laser hair removal and called to make an appointment, but unfortunately the woman I spoke with was extremely rude. There was no reason for the attitude over a simple misunderstanding I had. I’ve decided to cancel immediately and will be going somewhere else. If this is the level of customer service over the phone, I can only imagine what the experience in person would be like
Today was my first time receiving a light chemical peel l. Noel explained to me the process and she made me aware that this is a fist step and as I receive more I will see the needed results. My issue is pigmentation so I am addressing it with Nicole. She was patient and most knowledgeable as well as being a very pleasant and positive person
