Great place to work out. Jake makes it a comfortable safe environment. Everyone is supportive without trying to push you too much.
Love this gym and everyone in it!! Awesome atmosphere, not pushy and the coaches take their time with you if you need it! Extremely knowledgeable!! I'm in the best shape of my life and it's only getting better!!
