Normally not a big deal to me, As I was just asking to be pointed in the right direction to have my seats and headliner cleaned after they stained it using their pressure washer. However, when I messaged them. The claimed to not know me or ever have washed my car. The main guy knows me I have been there twice. They blocked me on social media and won’t return phone calls or attempt to make things right. I find it very disrespectful and will be calling the BBB and filing a small claims court.
