Trustworthy and reliable. Always receive customer service here which is this day and age has become a rarity. They never say things need doing when they don’t just make more money. People like at a mirror finish are why I exclaim to everyone why having choice of repairer is so important! Support local

Real pleasure dealing with Zac and Katie at Mirror Finish. We did not have “choice of repairer” but their quick response and competitive quote convinced the insurer to approve their repairs. As they commenced they discovered a previous repair had been done poorly, they contacted us and our insurer was so impressed they authorised the further work immediately. They are very proactive in all their contact emails and phone updates, and great to deal with. I would highly recommend them

I am extremely happy with the repair on my Kia Sportage. I would highly recommend them for any accident repairs. I will use them again if required (hopefully not!) . It is well worth checking your insurance policy allows to select your own repairer. At no stage did I feel like Mirror Finish were just going through the motions or working to a budget to get the car out of the workshop quickly. Great job guys.
