SPAM. Emailed them regarding availability and got a quick reply. Placed the order and after 3 weeks no show. No replies to emails and phone call immediately goes to voicemessage. Money gone and no product received.
Purchased two basins online back in April, we are now nearly September and nothing has been received! Despite many emails and phone calls to them trying to find out what is going on, I have been ghosted , no replies back , phone goes unanswered , money is gone! If i could give zero stars I would. I cannot believe how dodgy this business is. I will now be going to the ombudsman to take action against this company.
Do NOT buy anything from this company - they do not pay their suppliers so you will not get your order!
We recently ordered some mirrors through Mirrim Interiors and cannot recommend them highly enough. We dealt with Alex through the whole process and he went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service. The mirrors were delivered promptly, without damage and the products themselves were just what we were looking for. We will definitely be buying with Mirrim Interiors again in the future.
