Not compassionate at all!!! I had an appointment for my dogs allergy injection. I asked how much the injection cost once my dog was weighed and then paid the $227.50 and waited to see the vet. The receptionist told the vet I was ready for the appointment, however the vet refused to see my dog as they wanted to be paid an extra consultation fee of $109.
