Where do I even begin! The Mirra team had recently worked with my business to plan and execute a wedding over the weekend. The whole process from start to finish would have not succeeded without the assistance, patience and kindness from the team itself. They were more than accommodating to the changes leading up to the wedding day and had always taken the initiative to help where they could, suggesting options and ensuring that the wedding would be a success. A truly unethical business who will double book you and then cancel just a few days prior to the date. They will lie to your face and then when confronted, show no accountability whatsoever. Would NEVER recommend this place!
Do not trust this venue!! They cancelled our Christmas party a couple of days beforehand. Cowards lied about having no power but turned out they had double booked as another business had their Christmas party there on the same night. No accountability or attempt to make up for backing out of legally binding contract.
Had our work end of year party here, and the night was fantastic! Everything went super smooth, the staff were great and very accommodating, overall a great experience. Definitely coming back again next year!
Disappointed that this venue advised our company on short notice (1-2 days prior) that they were unable to cater for our work Christmas party that was booked months in advance because they had lost power. Only to find out another function was being hosted on the day. Very questionable business ethics that hurts consumer confidence. I wouldn’t trust booking a function here.
