I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mr. Mazumder very clearly described the process and laid out how I would be charged. My violations were cleared faster than expected, which was very helpful for me. Stellar service, most definitely recommended to anyone who wants violations cleared without any scams and on time. The negative reviews posted by others are simply ignorant people putting blame on and harming a small business unnecessarily.

I had a great experience working with this company. They were professional and easy to communicate with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They helped resolve my building violations much faster than I expected and made everything a lot less stressful. The team was knowledgeable honest and always there to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with building violations in NYC.

I engaged Mr Iqbal and his Company to help us navigate the FDNY process with regard to a violation we received. He filed our paperwork and received the Correction Letter we were waiting for. As a veteran and a woman, I trusted Mr. Iqbal and his team. I met with him in January 2024, and he advised me that it would take approximately eight months to have the violation removed. After giving him a $17,000 check, I stopped hearing from him. Nothing was filed with the DOB until September—this was only after I repeatedly emailed, called, and followed up.
