Staff did not explain masking requirements to my daughter and me when we came in, and then proceeded to be rude to us because we did not have a mask on (as of July 2024). NOT ONE OTHER PATIENT WAS WEARING A MASK. I have been in the waiting room several times when no one was masking, yet staff member was rude to my daughter and me. Always listens to me with genuine concern. Discusses my prescription options in detail. Easy to get immediate appointments when I’m sick. Sometimes I do feel rushed, so I will ask him to repeat.
One of the worst doctors I ever had! Didn’t even ask about my condition, wrote a prescription( didn’t explain for what) and literally he left the office.

Specifically I had many different symptoms including major migraines and anxiety. Dr. Piotrowski seemed to be in a hurry to rush through my visits and downplay my anxiety and head pain levels. After a year of no relief through him I went to a hospital ER and was diagnosed with a lemon size brain tumor that had to be removed by craniotomy due to likelihood of death regarding where it was located. Had I continued to be passed off with no tests ordered by Dr. P, I'd be dead.
I saw Dr. Piotrowski for pain management after a motor vehicle accident. It seemed as though Piotrowski downplayed the amount of pain I was in, was skeptical of my complaint, and did not trust me. He proceeded to write me a prescription for a medication that does NOT exist, and refused to discuss another medical issue with me. He also refused to refund my money, told me he wants his time back, and hung up the phone. In addition, patient privacy seems to be a topic of no concern in his office.
