This was very concerning, especially due to the lack of transparency and clear communication. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF I took my truck there for them to have my radiator coupling replace (just a screw out and screw in replacement) The repair was over a $1000 of which I ask the customer rep why so expensive while the parts was only for $100. I canceled the repair and went to get my truck.She told me I had to pay $460 to get back my truck without nothing done to the truck, I had to pay it for them to release my truck which was basically held hostage.To be short I took it elsewhere and it was only 30 mins to get the job ... read more
