This has been an extremely frustrating experience. We have now been waiting nearly two weeks for an authorization because messages are repeatedly not relayed or simply forgotten by staff. Each time we follow up, we are told something different or that there is no update, which suggests a serious breakdown in communication and workflow. Timely authorizations are critical in healthcare, and delays like this directly impact care and planning.
