I had a consultation with Lois Row and left feeling judged and unheard. What I wanted, they could not offer. I felt pressured into the PHP. I set up this appointment for the IOP but was told it wasn’t something they offered at this location and instead I’d have to travel to broomall (about an hour drive for me, multiple times a week for 6-8 weeks). I would highly not recommend as their php program has been detrimental to my health. Their therapists think it is ok to utilize attack therapy in group which is supposed to be dbt based. Judgements were allowed to be made, as the male therapist also involved himself in doing, as well as allowing other group members tell someone how they SHOULD be acting/reacting (ie they should be opening up about themselves in group and sharing). I went to address this with Maggie, the supervisor, who was nasty, a complete 180 from the support during the admissions process. She told me she wouldn't talk to me until I discharged, so I did. You cannot feel saf... read more

I attended a Partial Hospitalization Program at Mainline Mirmont in Exton in June 2024. I was told I would be kept through my entire menstrual cycle for PMDD and my chart reflected that, on day nine (when the group was upwards of 12 individuals, maybe closer to 15) I was told I only had one day left and I was discharged on day 10 when I was not ready to leave. I asked to join the iop at mirmont multiple times while I was in the php and they never charted or helped me set it up and I had multiple weeks of nothing in between t... read more
