I would not recommend my friends, family, or even my worst enemies to Mirmont Broomall for treatment. This was one of the most pathetic businesses I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was plagued through the entire treatment process with simple business practices that were unjustifiable. I can’t say enough good this about this place, Kim, Ben, Dr. Shah and everyone else is remarkable, they truly care. Their PHP program is top of the line. It’s a game changer, I’m now in IOP and working on myself. I’m so grateful for this place. Thank you.
Condescending care team. They don’t listen to their patients.
I've not had any trouble with Mirmont, all staff at this location have been patient and understanding of my needs. On Medicaid and got TMS treatment here and the treater and doctors have all been engaged in wanting to help me through my depression. I might not have gotten the best luck with THS helping with my depression but not every treatment works for every person and its a lot of trial and error that my treatment team did the best to assist me through.
