The front desk is incredibly rude and provides horrible service
Kind and helpful
The front desk is so rude. Attitude of workers could be much better. Out of the entire group only two people are okay. Everyone else literally could work somewhere else. That's the vibe I got from here. Therapist actually cared and offered individual services. Besides that, this entire program can be shortened to three hours over three days.
I sought mental health care at Mirmont Treatment Center in Broomall and had a deeply troubling intake experience that raised serious concerns about the facility’s commitment to inclusivity, professionalism, adherence to ethical guidelines, and quality patient care. I wish like hell that I could give this place ZERO or -10! I was referred to this place by Mryn Mawr hospital during a life threatening medical emergency. My appointment with Gracie went well, or so I thought. I discussed the issues I have been facing and how to navigate through grief, trauma and stress. Next thing you know CYS was knocking at my door!
