Seek medical care elsewhere. I continue to have horrible experiences with this doctor's office. The front desk is clueless and rude. If you call for assistance, you'll get a different answer from everyone you speak with and they don't care. There is no oversight and you have to be your own advocate. No one calls you back and when you call for your results, you get a half-assed response. Totally unacceptable. Run...don't walk away.
Absolutely appalling experience with the reception desk! The staff showed a complete lack of care and were extremely rude. As a patient, I felt disregarded and disrespected. To top it off, they lied about talking to the doctor, which is just unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to seek medical care elsewhere. I would advise others to explore alternative options, as attempting to interact with the reception desk or access the doctor directly will be frustrating and unproductive.
Without a doubt the best physician alive. He listens to every word you say and he is intelligent. Great and knowledgeable staff to, not pushy.
