Tim has always cleaned from top to bottom. Super job. Is there when he says he’s going to be. Highly recommend
This was definitely NOT our experience. Mirkwood cleaned the chimney from the roof top as well as from the fireplace. First rate job and very reasonable charge.
They swept our chimney for the first three years that we owned our house. It wasn't until my Aunt's house almost burned down due to a chimney fire that I learned that the sweep is supposed to actually get on the roof and brush the chimney out. When we got our chimney swept the following year by a different sweep they said they were surprised we hadn't had a fire considering the clogged state of our chimney.
