First off, this review is long over due. Let me start off by saying that if you're thinking about retaining this firm, run! I retained this firm through my union (Local 371) back in 2022 and was represented by Arthur DiBerardino. I made Arthur aware that a similar prior case had already been filed by my landlord in Civil Court and that he should attempt to get this dismissed or stayed under those conditions, my request went completely ignored.
