First off, this review is long over due. Let me start off by saying that if you're thinking about retaining this firm, run! I retained this firm through my union (Local 371) back in 2022 and was represented by Arthur DiBerardino. I made Arthur aware that a similar prior case had already been filed by my landlord in Civil Court and that he should attempt to get this dismissed or stayed under those conditions, my request went completely ignored. This Legal Team Almost Made Me Get Evicted. They Never Got Back To Me. The Representative Seem Like She Had A Attitude When I Was Asking Questions. They Put The Wrong Amount On My Case When It Was Paid For. They Close The Case And Never Contacted Me About Doing So. I'm Not Sure If They Were There To Represent You Or Work With The Management Housing Team. So Now I'm Still Awaiting A Call. Lack Of Service is Terrible.
