I was charged a large fee for failing to show up to an appointment. In reality, I was notified when I showed up to my 10 am appointment that it was moved to 3 pm. I opted not to be treated that day as I had other obligations. I was never contacted for a follow up like the receptionist/doctor said I would be. This was a very expensive and unprofessional experience. I would warn people against this doctor/office.
She is wonderful and she makes it easy to open up.
