Always had positive experiences with this surgery and have been loathed to move due to relocation out of area . Dr Mundell is such a kind and attentive doctor, always took the time to listen and explain things. Even when some of it was in my head due to anxiety she would never dismiss me and helped any way she could. Brilliant surgery
Receptionist and practice manager are terrible they gave me a letter a few days ago to fill out so I could re-register as they took me off the patient list for no reason. Then when I went to give the receptionist the filled out letter today she proceeded to say she couldn't read the handwriting cause it's bad which it wasn't and then say I can't re-register completely wasting my time and I ran out of medication for my diabetes in which if they just told me I couldn't re-register in the first place I could have went to a diff... read more
Taken on time for a pre-booked appointment. Polite staff on phone and at reception. Doctor was friendly, helpful and informed. Would have been 5 stars but for lack of parking and steep stair at front.
