I had my first visit here recently. Her reviews on the Henry Ford site were very positive, though I imagine they highlight mostly the good ones. She was thorough, and the questions she was willing or able to answer, she answered well. That said, she didn’t seem very interested in connecting or engaging on a personal level (human to human) and it felt a bit like I was intruding on her day.
