Where do I even start, I started seeing Miriam in 2020 and it went until 2024. She is the most unprofessional med provider that I have EVER encountered. She has called me crazy and made several comments about my weight (not to my face but in her notes) she twists comments into things they’re not and makes you feel like a bad person. At the end of 2021 I was having a mental health crisis and she basically just gaslit me for 3 months and then prescribed me a medication that caused me to gain 100lbs in the span of two years. Absolutely not worth the visit. She will start out sweet and understanding, then take a comment and twist it into something it's not. She will call you an addict while simultaneously trying to prescribe medications that have a higher risk of addiction. When you call her out she will proceed to talk bad about you to the nurses while you're 15 feet away.
